Franz Fahrenheit is a weather application that provides current weather conditions, forecasts, and related meteorological information with a unique dual-temperature display showing both Celsius and Fahrenheit simultaneously. The service is available as:

• iOS mobile application available through the Apple App Store
• Web application accessible through web browsers
• iOS widgets and Apple Watch complications (iOS app only)

3. User Accounts and Subscriptions

3.1 Free Tier

The free tier provides basic weather information for your current location with limited features.

3.2 Premium Subscriptions

Premium features are available through subscription plans managed through Apple's App Store or our web payment systems. Subscription terms include:

• Monthly and annual subscription options
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled
• Cancellation through your Apple ID account settings or our web portal
• No refunds for partial subscription periods

3.3 Legacy Users

Users who installed the iOS app before version 3.2.4 receive complimentary premium access as a token of our appreciation for their early support.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Franz Fahrenheit only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
